Our theme this year is uncovering your authentic “why” behind your food and body goals. I want to let everyone who has felt shame for their body know that they are whole and enough as they are. Weight or body shape does not determine your worth!
You can pursue health, if you choose to, without losing weight.
The purpose of our theme is to help people make that decision from a place of clarity and authenticity, rather than external pressures, and to know when it’s time to step away from weight loss goals to focus on your relationship with food.

How it works
You will be able to access 2 talks per day, available for 24 hours for free. At the end of the summit, you will have 48 hours to access all of the recordings, after which they will be pay to access.
