You’re so ready to have binged for the last time ever.
But after trying absolutely everything to feel in control around food & get back on track, you're still stuck in the restrict-binge cycle.
If this sounds familiar, it's because I know what it's like to live with binge eating (and bulimia)
I get it because I've been there myself, but now I have a healthy relationship with both food and my body
And the good news for you?
I understand the tools you need to stop binge eating and you have the power to learn them too
So done with promising yourself that this will be the last binge, but it never is
So done with feeling weighed down by thoughts about food, your weight, your worth; it leaves you feeling drained of energy and hope
So done with feeling guilty, embarrassed, and even angry about what you ate, and letting those feelings spill over into other areas of your life
So done with the brain fog and not understanding why the binges happen or how you can get out of the trap
So done with making EVERYTHING about food/calories; nights out with friends, trips to the cinema, even supposedly dream holidays are ruined
If you’re being honest, you’re even starting to wonder how it's actually possible to stop bingeing.
You’re probably...
I struggled with my eating disorder for years. It controlled every aspect of my life - from my energy, to my relationships, even my career.
I felt totally hopeless, helpless, and I couldn’t see a different future.
I felt like I hit rock bottom; I was living a horrible ground-hog day of constant bingeing and attempts to compensate, and the shame was overwhelming.
Enough was enough and I had to take responsibility to make a change.
I realised that I couldn't stop by using willpower alone.
I reached a turning point and started to apply what I had learnt about behaviour change during my MSc in Health Psychology.
Now, I feel comfortable around food and I know when to stop. I can eat my favourite treats with no guilt.
Since recovering, I have trained as a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders, finished my PhD in the psychology of eating and empowered hundreds of women to stop binge eating and feel in control of food.
I want to help you to do the same.
I know how distressing it is to feel like you can't trust yourself.
I know how upsetting it is to feel totally alone and like no-one understands.
I know how scary can be to ask for help.
That’s why I’ve made it easy to start taking back control and stop binge eating
I've drawn together everything you need to know to stop feeling guilty and out of control with food. From biology, to mindset and habits; I'm taking the scientific evidence, and what's worked for my clients, and making it easily digestible for you!
Ditch the false belief that your next diet will magically transform your relationship with food
Break free from the binge-restrict cycle for good and feel comfortable around food
Take back your time, energy, health and happiness, and be in control of your thoughts
Achieve your full potential without guilt and shame about food or your body holding you back
"I really loved the balance between lecture style recordings followed by the in-person group calls. It worked really well as I could digest the information in my own time, and really think deeply and prepare any questions, all in time for the live call. I never thought therapy in a group could work - but it really did! I am really proud I managed to stop myself before a binge!"
The information is clearly presented through power-point, with accompanying worksheets, exercises and activities to consolidate your learning.
You will have lifetime access to the content videos and materials.
No more Googling for answers at 1am. Get clear and personalised support from Dr Rachel Evans.
Calls are 90 minutes long, so there's lots of time for questions. To maintain privacy, the calls will not be recorded. But there will be a summary of the main points or activities advised on each call
Create friends for life and build a new support network as you connect with others who know what it feels like to have their life controlled by binge eating.
Rachel will be in the group daily to answer your questions.
My goal in this course is to give you all the foundations that you need to stop binge eating and for you to be super clear on how to apply them now and in the future.
Your personal action plan is part of this.

"I found the group calls far more helpful and interesting than I thought I would! To be honest I found the thought of discussing these issues in a group setting quite daunting prior to the course but they were very beneficial to me. To hear people talk about these issues so openly helps to destigmatise them and it also encourages you to verbalise things you've probably never said to people before".
